Boom Merchant is back, and keeps pushing the right buttons with a potent return to Tribal Pulse. Here he builds on last December's 'Two Tribes' with 2 more deep, dark and cerebral pieces of dancefloor weaponry.

Back On It is a menacing sequence of Moog wubs, warps and bleeps pushing through his trademark tough rhythms. A snake-charming contribution from Glasgow reggae maestro Tom Spirals winds it's way through the distortion. There's order in the chaos.

Heatwave is a warm, sub-driven beast, created from a diverse palette of mangled typewriters and camera clicks, and heaps of machine funk. Off-key stabs and floating harmonics create a surreal feeling but when it kicks, it kicks.
